The aim of RESULT 2 is to create an innovative learning program able to respond to the target groups needs and used throughout the project duration and after it. The core of the program is microlearning modules built upon carefully designed learning objectives and offered in an engaging, interactive way. The FEMECO modules can be either followed stand-alone or complemented with other form of teaching.

RESULT 3 will digitalize the FEMECO training program and offer it to adult learners to deploy for gaining new skills and knowledge.
